We hope you love your June’s Collective pieces as much as we loved creating them for you. Because each item is made to order, we’re unable to accept general returns or exchanges — but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Refunds & Replacements

We gladly offer replacements or refunds for:

  • Incorrect items received
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Printing or manufacturing issues

If there’s an issue with your order, please email us at heather@junescollective.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item, if applicable

We’ll review your request and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all June’s Collective apparel is printed to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information
